DreamyBot is an interactive installation set in the background of 2080, where an AI company customizes perfect child robot that meets all customers' preferences. Customers can customize their own DreamyBot by visiting the company website. This project satirically explores a future which AI technology can be apply to human beings.
The user can customize their own DreamyBot within three stages:
1. Choose the basic information such as age and gender
2. Choose the appearance such as skin color, body height, etc.
3. Choose personality using MBTI as a reference, and input any skills they want their kid to have.
Then they get to preview the picture of their DreamyBot. Here the user can also get the AI real-time generated 3D model of their kid robot. The user can also chat with the kid to ensure the personality.
Finally, the user goes to the payment page, after confirming their purchase, they can get a recipt from the printer beside the computer. By Scanning the QR code on it, they can see the artist’s words for the project.
