Ruiqi Liu was born in Tokyo in 2004, then she grows up in Qingdao, Shandong. She is presently studying at New York University Shanghai, where she is pursuing a major in interactive Media Arts (lMA).
Ruiqi explores 3D design, stage environments, and creative coding, often drawing inspiration from perception, psychology, and surrealism. Through interactive installations, generative visuals, and spatial storytelling, her work examines how digital and physical spaces shape human perception experience.
